We are currently looking for a HR Manager (Part Time 50% - Permanent Position)

The Role

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the support, maintenance and improvement of HR services for [PIAS] and Strictly Confidential (BE) and [PIAS] (HO). He/she will also be involved in HR Group projects and ad hoc support for other territories.

Detailed Tasks and Responsibilities

• Payroll & absences administration
• New starters/leavers: coordination of arrivals and departures with employee, manager, other departments and external parties
• Benefits and insurances: follow up and coordination with external providers
• Recruitment: A to Z support and involvement in recruitment process
• Review process: implementation and follow up on yearly review process
• Development/training: implementation of a yearly training plan, follow up on needs with head of departments
• Salary splits: implementation, follow up on administration and payroll duties, provide calculations for new salary splits to implement
• Health and safety: Annual and global plan for health and safety, follow up on other legal requirements
• Part of Head of Departments meetings (HOD)
• Other specific projects as requested (GDPR, HR System implementation, Ad hoc support for other countries, etc…),
• Challenge and improve existing procedures and ways of working, and target increased efficiency, for both Employees and Employer.



• Degree in Human Resources or similar experience (+ 5 years’ experience)
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch; trilingual is an asset
• Excellent Excel knowledge
• Able to cope with a fast changing environment
• Pro-active, flexible, skeptical mindset and dynamic team player
• Eager to deliver high quality results
• Goal-setting & time management
• Passionate about music
