The Bridge is conceived as an inclusive, sustainable and locally-integrated nomadic theatre, connecting multilingual Brussels to English-language talent. It uses the power of theatre to promote social cohesion and progressive values. The Bridge produces and receives thought-provoking and relevant plays that respond interculturally to the diverse Brussels populace.

The Bridge is more than just a producing company. We interact with the local community through learning and participation activities, linking workshops in schools and in the community with productions to introduce children and adults to English-language theatre and the performing arts.

researching possible customers and partners, online scouting for grants/subsidies
contributing to partnership/fundraising strategy development
participation at networking events
drafting of grants/contracts
following up on internal business processes
supporting in development of business operations

profiel kandidaat

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual (f/m/x) aligned with the mission and objectives of The Bridge, having:

interest in running a business in the creative sector
written and oral fluency in English indispensable, fluency in French and Dutch is an asset
availability of at least 21 days per week for min. 3 months (longer period possible based on mutual agreement)
ease of working with digital tools for team collaboration, editing texts and visuals
